Checking in from up North.....North Cape Cod.......you know, Sandwich, for those Lower Capers that don't make it past Hyannis or get off Route 6 when venturing off Cape once a year. This press conference announcement is that.............I'm in in 09'. Wherever we go.

And......just letting you know up front.....I'll be fudging the handicap at year end.....can't be given John Mac ....5 shots a round.

I'd vote the Alabama Shores trip. Mix it up. Glenn does a great job putting these together......I hope we all realize how lucky we are........(so venture to Olivers this winter and spend some $). I know he'll pull it off again. Cheaper accommodations and golf offset by more in airfare and more in car rental ($100.man vs. $40 for Babbitt). Probably a wash all around. Just the actual "driving to courses again versus just hoping on the shuttle", might be a hassle. That shuttle system does add value...at our advanced years. ( I think I'm still the youngest at soon-to be 54.....But maybe Tommy is right there with me). I like the 9 am or 10 am tee times. I'm not as interested as I used to be in all that extra golf. Maybe a few 9 hole extra days, that's it. So.....if it is still Sandestin.....that is still a great trip.......the best is the golf commraderie....no matter where we go.
Looking forward to it again this year with "G", Shower Boy, Tommy Knocker, the Dawg, Cosmo, my boy...Mr. Magoo and the quick one...my father figure........MAC.
